Ice storms near Lac Leman 2
Yes, it is an incredible event since the water that froze comes from the lake ... the incredible event is not the fact that water turned into ice, the incredible event is the very strong wind that manage to blow the water from the lake.... there is no waves in a lake like there is in the ocean or sea, so yes, this is very unusual.
